- Diverse Engine Configurations: The F3000 flatbed freight truck can be equipped with engines such as the Weichai WP10, WP12 series and Cummins ISME. The power ranges from 270 to 460 horsepower, and the maximum torque reaches 2,110 N.m. With a large torque at low speeds, it can climb slopes with heavy loads more easily and adapt to various road conditions and transportation requirements.
- Well-matched Transmission System: It is matched with mature and stable transmissions like Fast. The gears are clear, and the shifting is smooth. With high transmission efficiency, it works in coordination with the engine to ensure that the power output is stable and continuous, which can effectively improve the transportation efficiency.
- High-strength Frame: It adopts a high-strength single-layer beam variable cross-section frame with MAN technology. The width/height of the frame is 850/300. The application of special material leaf springs with fewer pieces and air suspension makes the whole vehicle more stable, and its load-bearing capacity reaches the highest level in China, which can meet the requirements of heavy-duty transportation.
- High-quality Axles: It is equipped with a MAN 7.5T front axle and a 13T MAN two-stage rear axle, etc. There are multiple choices for the rear axle ratio, such as 4.266 and 4.769. These can reasonably distribute the vehicle's weight and ensure the driving stability and safety of the vehicle when it is carrying heavy loads.
- Advanced Braking System: It is equipped with an internationally leading braking system combining ABS (Anti-lock Braking System), ASR (Acceleration Slip Regulation), and EBL (Electronic Brakeforce Distribution), along with extra-wide brake shoes, a highly efficient disc braking system, and a dual-insurance system for heavy loads during long downhill stretches, such as the WEVB (Wet-type Exhaust Valve Brake) and JACOBSTM engine braking systems. These can increase the overall braking efficiency of the vehicle by more than 55%, effectively preventing braking failure and vehicle out-of-control situations.
- Sturdy Body: The high-strength integrated anti-penetration bumper has strong anti-collision ability and can effectively dissipate the impact force during collisions. The new combined headlights can maximize the visibility at night. The cab is constructed with high-strength steel and has passed the European ECE-R29 standard crash test, making it more solid and safer as a whole.
- Energy-saving Engine Technology: Some engines adopt advanced turbocharging technology and multi-power fuel-saving switches. They can automatically adjust the power output according to the vehicle's load conditions, realizing the efficient utilization of fuel and reducing fuel consumption costs.
- Weight Reduction Design for Lowering Fuel Consumption: Through means such as topological optimization, force analysis, and the use of new materials, a lightweight design has been achieved.
