- Engine Performance: It is usually equipped with a Weichai WP10.380E22 engine. The rated output power is 279kW/380hp, and the displacement is 9.726L. With powerful performance, it can meet the driving requirements of the sprinkler truck under various road conditions, ensuring stable and efficient driving of the vehicle.
- Transmission Matching: It is fitted with a Fast 10JSD180-QH50 transmission, which has a high transmission efficiency and smooth gear shifting. It can be well matched with the engine, enabling the vehicle to obtain appropriate power output at different driving speeds.
The tank volume can reach 20 cubic meters, capable of carrying a large amount of water. This reduces the frequency of refilling and improves work efficiency, meeting the needs of large-area sprinkling operations.
- Sprinkling Width and Range: The sprinkling width can reach 30 meters, and the range can also reach 30 meters, providing a wide coverage. It can effectively conduct road cleaning and dust suppression operations. The front spray can wash a large area of the road surface, while the rear spray and side spray can sprinkle water on the rear and both sides of the vehicle. The high-pressure water cannon on the rear working platform can spray water at a long distance and from multiple angles.
- Adjustment of Water Spray Forms: The high-pressure cannon can be adjusted to spray in columnar or misty forms. The columnar spray can be used for long-distance projection, and the misty spray is suitable for large-area dust suppression and greening irrigation, allowing for flexible adjustments according to different working scenarios and requirements.
- Chassis Structure: It adopts a frame with the specification of 850x300(8 + 5), which is sturdy and durable and has a strong load-bearing capacity. It can ensure the stable driving of the vehicle when the tank is fully loaded with water and adapt to various complex road conditions.
- Suspension System: It has front and rear multi-leaf spring suspensions, which provide good shock absorption effects. This makes the vehicle run more smoothly during the driving process, reduces the impact on the tank and spraying system, and improves the service life and working reliability of the vehicle.
- Braking System: It uses a dual-circuit compressed air braking as the service braking, a spring-controlled exhaust parking braking and an engine exhaust braking as the auxiliary braking. The braking performance is reliable, ensuring the safety of the vehicle during driving and operation.
- Safety Configuration: The vehicle is equipped with a hydraulic main seat, a four-point hydraulic suspension cab, an electronically controlled automatic constant temperature air conditioner, electric window regulators and so on, providing a comfortable working environment for the driver and also improving the driving safety and convenience.
